Afin que votre première consultation soit pleinement profitable, nous vous invitons à nous transmettre vos antécédents et examens récents. Deux options s’offrent à vous : votre médecin traitant peut nous adresser votre dossier directement par e-mail avant le rendez-vous, ou vous pouvez l’apporter le jour de la consultation sur une clé USB.

To make the most of your first consultation, we invite you to share your medical history and recent test results with us.
